I hired AZ Paint to paint the full exterior of my home as well as a substantial amount of exterior street facing walls that were really showing their age. Sales guy Shawn was great, he seemed to address all my major concerns with certain problem areas on the house, even before me having to mention them, as we walked the job. I felt confident after making my decision to hire this company that everything would be addressed and taken care of properly. After the job was completed and I had some issues with some of the details of the job and was contacted by the owner Doug Caris. Doug set up a time with me to personally walk through my concerns with the job and immediately told me that his team would address and get these fixed to my satisfaction. Doug hand-picked his guy to work the job and continuously followed up with me until we had a date on the calendar. On the day of the follow up job Doug personally showed up with Jesus to walk through all the items we had previously discussed and made sure there was a clear understanding of what needed to be done to bring this job up to my complete satisfaction. Jesus was amazing, meticulously addressing each of the areas of concern, taking his time to make sure the job was done right and if a part took 3 steps to finish with drying time in between, he took the time to let things cure before he started the next. He did not rush anything in order to just complete the job. Jesus took the entire day, refinishing block walls, painting my front door, removing old caulk, then re-caulking and re-painting. A man with very impressive skills. I was impressed with Doug Caris, owner of AZ paint for caring about his customers to spend the time to make this job right, and personally get involved when something wasn’t right. Also, his "Warranty Guy" Jesus, for taking the time to finish the job correctly never rushing just to call it done. Overall, very happy with the job done by AZ Painting company and I would recommend.

🔥🤩 We had a great first experience with them on our project to paint the exterior of our home. The quote was easy to set up, their prices were fair, the job was easy to set up and even reschedule when we had to postpone it, I love that they sent a text message letting me know an employee was 20 minutes away each time someone came to my house, they tapped off everything well and there was no paint on any light fixtures or windows, they color matched my HOA specific colors well, the paint job looks great with even coverage 😍, the employees were kind and helpful, and they cleaned up everything well when finished. I can't wait to have them paint the interior next time!
