Silver Package – 5-Year Warranty
Our SILVER package includes a 5-year warranty on the exterior of your home. To be able to offer a longer warranty we will upgrade your exterior paint to a higher quality 100% acrylic paint from either Dunn Edwards or Sherwin-Williams. When properly applied, these paints have an approximate life of 7-9 years* before your home will need to be repainted again. This package is a great option if you are not planning on moving for the next 7-8 years. Upgrading to our SILVER package will save the average homeowner $88 per year on an annualized basis.
Gold Package – 7-Year Warranty
Our GOLD package is tailored for those who value longevity – if selling isn’t on your horizon for the next 10 years, this is your optimal choice. Platinum Package – 10-Year Warranty
Our PLATINUM package is hands down the best warranty option in Arizona, we will warranty your paint job for a full 10 years! We recommend the PLATINUM package if you don’t plan on selling in the foreseeable future. We will upgrade your paint to Sherwin-Williams Duration paints. It is a self-priming product and dries at nearly 2x the thickness of the paints in our 5 Year SILVER warranty package. Upgrading your paint project to our PLATINUM package will save the average homeowner nearly $189 per year versus going with the less expensive option.
*Life of paint greatly depends on the color, darker colors will fade faster than lighter colors. The warranty does not cover fading as we cannot control this in our sunny climate.

Silver Package

Our SILVER package includes quality paint for the interior of your home. This paint is ultra low VOC ensuring that the paint will not introduce unhealthy toxins to the environment and hurt your air quality. This paint will typically have a 6-8 year life span* until your home may need to be repainted again. While this is the most economical package that we offer, we want to be clear that this is quality paint and is not the contractor or “cheap” paint you sometimes see other painting companies using. The SILVER package is a great option if you don’t have pets or small children, or are looking to get the house ready to sell within 5 years.

- TRIM: ProClassic
- SHEENS: Satin, Semi-Gloss, Gloss
Our GOLD package includes superior ultra low VOC acrylic paint. Cashmere Interior Paint is very low-odor and formulated using high-quality resins and pigments that withstand repeated washing & scrubbing. This paint is applied leaving a smooth, uniform finish & each deliver outstanding coverage. This paint will typically have a 8-10 year life span* until your home may need to be repainted again. Upgrading to the GOLD package is a great option if you have pets or small children in the house and are planning on not moving for the next 7-8 years.
