Our Personal Development Classes

Arizona Painting Company empowers our team by offering a variety of personal development classes. Our classes are offered on a yearly basis and enrich our team with skills in leadership, finances, and personal development. Here is more detailed information about each of the classes we offer:

Our first class is called “Emerging Leaders” and focuses on growing potential leaders within our company and giving them the necessary skills to be better leaders. Our Emerging Leaders class is a 6-month virtual class that meets on a monthly basis, led by our experienced team of directors and coaches.

Arizona Painting Company invests in our team through our Emerging Leaders class to prepare each of them with building their confidence and valuable skill sets for future leadership opportunities. Our leadership program gives our staff the tools they need to become effective leaders and the ability to identify what it takes to be a leader while learning the core leadership concepts. Further, our emerging leader’s class helps drive better decision-making and a strong sense of identity.

In our Emerging Leaders class, we review the “5 Levels of Leadership: Proven Steps to Maximize Your Potential” by John C. Maxwell which explores different theories and ideas on leadership including Position, Permission, Production, People Development, and Pinnacle. We believe that exploring each of the five levels of leadership with our team guides a better understanding of how to become a stronger leader within and outside of Arizona Painting Company.

Our second class is called “Financial Peace University”, this class is led by Dave Ramsey and reviews the principles of personal finance, getting out of debt, and learning how to build wealth. This class is a 9-week class that meets virtually once per week, organized by our experienced team of directors and coaches.

We find this class extremely valuable for our team at Arizona Painting Company as it teaches how to save for emergencies, paying off debt fast, spending wisely, and investing for your future. Financial Peace University gives support to our team and allows them to gain confidence with their money.
