SONORAN ARTS LEAGUE CHOSEN FOR THE 2021 PAINT IT FORWARD WITH THE ARIZONA PAINTING COMPANY
PHOENIX (November 12, 2021): It is that time of year again for the Arizona Painting Company to Paint It Forward! We are giving back to the community by donating a $5,000 painting project to a deserving Arizona charity. While we read through hundreds of nominations, we’ve selected a fantastic nonprofit that makes our community better through its mission and values. With a fresh coat of paint, the Arizona Painting Company hopes to bring a fresh start to this loving nonprofit organization.
Introducing The Sonoran Arts League
The Sonoran Arts League is a non-profit 501(c)(3), volunteer-based, arts service organization dedicated to actively advancing art, artists, and art education. The League began in 1975 as an informal gathering of local artists who put on art shows under the Tamarisk groves in Cave Creek, Arizona. Today, the organization has grown to over 750 members from around the United States and Canada. Their mission: To give to the community by promoting art, artists, and art education through leadership and service in the belief that artistic awareness is essential to the well-being of life and the community.
The Project
After hearing their story, Arizona Painting Company knew that The Sonoran Arts League was right for the 2021 Paint It Forward. With excitement and gratitude, The Sonoran Arts League and Arizona Painting Company went to their facility, scheduling the exterior painting project for November 13, 2021!
