The did an awesome job talking care of the details and cleanup

Painters Juan and Nubia with AZ Painting did a quality job painting my home. They were friendly, respectful and accommodating. Windows and surfaces were carefully masked. Painting was completed in a clean and professional manner. They took great care to protect my landscaping and personal patio items in the process. They were also accommodating to my dog's need to be outside in the yard at times during the 5 day process. The house looks great and I would highly recommend them.

Update to my last review! Thank you, Nery and Valarie, for coming out and taking care of all the things that were missed by the first crew. I truly appreciate you taking the time to walk through everything, check that the work was done properly, and fix anything that wasn’t up to standard. You corrected the issues and made sure everything was done the way it should have been from the beginning. Because of your professionalism and attention to detail, I am changing my score. You turned an experience that started off disappointing into the experience I expected from the beginning. I would highly recommend both of you anytime. Thank you for going above and beyond and making things right! ______________________________________________ Disappointed with the Quality of Work and Lack of Follow-Up I am extremely disappointed with the painting work done in my home. There were paint spills left on my floors, visible runs on the walls, and holes that were not filled before painting. These are basic details that should have been taken care of to ensure the job was completed properly. I contacted Justin and asked him to come out for a final walkthrough to address my concerns. He told me he would be here sometime this week, but he still has not shown up or even called to provide an update. The lack of communication and follow-through is just as disappointing as the quality of the work itself. I trusted this company to do a professional job in my home, and unfortunately, that is not the experience I have had. I expected better workmanship, attention to detail, and customer service. It is frustrating to pay for work and be left with these issues, especially when I am still waiting for someone to follow up and take responsibility for getting things right.

Gilbert and Vincent recently painted the whole exterior of our house it looks great. They were both very professional and represented the company very well. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a professional job and great satisfaction.

I hired AZ Paint to paint the full exterior of my home as well as a substantial amount of exterior street facing walls that were really showing their age. Sales guy Shawn was great, he seemed to address all my major concerns with certain problem areas on the house, even before me having to mention them, as we walked the job. I felt confident after making my decision to hire this company that everything would be addressed and taken care of properly. After the job was completed and I had some issues with some of the details of the job and was contacted by the owner Doug Caris. Doug set up a time with me to personally walk through my concerns with the job and immediately told me that his team would address and get these fixed to my satisfaction. Doug hand-picked his guy to work the job and continuously followed up with me until we had a date on the calendar. On the day of the follow up job Doug personally showed up with Jesus to walk through all the items we had previously discussed and made sure there was a clear understanding of what needed to be done to bring this job up to my complete satisfaction. Jesus was amazing, meticulously addressing each of the areas of concern, taking his time to make sure the job was done right and if a part took 3 steps to finish with drying time in between, he took the time to let things cure before he started the next. He did not rush anything in order to just complete the job. Jesus took the entire day, refinishing block walls, painting my front door, removing old caulk, then re-caulking and re-painting. A man with very impressive skills. I was impressed with Doug Caris, owner of AZ paint for caring about his customers to spend the time to make this job right, and personally get involved when something wasn’t right. Also, his "Warranty Guy" Jesus, for taking the time to finish the job correctly never rushing just to call it done. Overall, very happy with the job done by AZ Painting company and I would recommend.

Johnny and Jonathan did a great job on our house. The house looks fantastic. Communication with them was excellent. They finish ahead of schedule.

Antonio did an OUTSTANDING job on the items that I requested and some areas that he say might bepotential concerns.
