The Bronze Package | 3-Year Warranty
This package offers you a choice between two quality 100% acrylic paints that render a very nice professional finish. Generally, these paints have a life span of 6 to 8 years, depending on the color. After that, you will want to consider getting your home painted again. We offer a 3-year warranty with this package; however, because of the sunny climate we cannot cover fading. Be aware that darker colors will fade faster than lighter colors. At the Arizona Painting Company, we only offer quality paints. Even though this is our economy package, rest assured that you are not getting cheap contractor paint used by some painting companies. If you are planning on selling your house in 5 years or less, you want to consider this option first.
The Silver Package | 5-Year Warranty
Planning on staying put for 7-8 years? The Silver package may be the choice for you. Either Dunn Edwards or Sherwin-Williams paint will be used. Both of these are 100% acrylic and higher quality paint than our Bronze package. You can expect the exterior of your home to look good going into the next decade before it needs paint again when you choose our Silver package. When you consider the annual cost, you save about $62 per year with an upgrade to the Silver package.
The Gold Package | 10-Year Warranty
For families who are settled in for the duration, we highly recommend our Gold package. Without a doubt, it is the best warranty you can get in Arizona. For this option, we use the Sherwin-Williams Duration paints. This particular paint uses a proprietary technology called Permlast and it is exclusive to Sherwin-Williams. Duration paints have been developed with the latest advances in acrylic technology. It is self-priming and dries almost two times the thickness of the paints in our Silver package. Annually, this package will save you about $120 compared with the less expensive package.
