By participating in this giveaway (“Giveaway”), you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.

Eligibility

This Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are [18] years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Arizona Painting Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or members of the same household are not eligible to participate.

An eligible participant in this giveaway must fill out the form on the https://arizonapaintingcompany.com/giveaway/ landing page and schedule an estimate with Arizona Painting Company.

Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on 1/5/2026 and ends on 1/31/2026 (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must visit https://arizonapaintingcompany.com/giveaway/ and complete the entry form with the required information during the Giveaway Period as well as book an estimate in the month of January.

Limit one (1) entry per person per household. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

Prizes and Drawing Dates:

Grand Prize: Free Groceries for a Year

One (1) winner will receive grocery store gift cards totaling $5,200, distributed as follows:

January 2026: One (1) $400 grocery gift card

February 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026:

Forty-eight (48) $100 grocery gift cards, distributed weekly

The winner may select one (1) grocery store of their choosing for all gift cards.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $5,200

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.

Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries.

The drawing will take place on February 2, 2026.

The winner will be notified by phone or email within five (5) business days of the drawing.

The winner must respond within 72 hours of notification, or an alternate winner may be selected.

Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes the winner’s consent to Arizona Painting Company’s use of their name, likeness, photo, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation or approval.

General Conditions

Arizona Painting Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. Arizona Painting Company is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Arizona Painting Company, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize.
